This is a Pre-Sale item and can take between 3-6 months for production. Updates will be posted on the Moshi Mocha Mart Instagram page and will be saved in the highlights at the top of the page.

Pre-Sale purchases may be canceled within 24 hours of sale. After 48 hours no cancellations will be accepted. If you cancel a pre-sale purchase you will not longer be able to purchase pre-sales and will only be able to purchase pins through in hand drops.

Returns: Returns will only be accepted for Standard Grade pins that were damaged in transit. If you receive an A grade pin with major flaws please email us at moshimochamart@gmail.com with your name, order number and photos of the pin.

Returns will not be accepted for B and C grade pins.

Exchanges: Exchanges will only be accepted for Standard Grade pins that have been majorly damaged in transit. Please understand that because these pins are limited edition, an exchange may not be possible but you will be compensated. Exchanges will not be accepted for B and C grade Pins.
